Cancellation Policy

We offer appointments for free consultations, consultation sessions, and monthly service packages, which are available by appointment only from Monday through Friday. While there is no set advance booking window, we kindly request that paid consultations be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit. All appointments, including cancellations and rescheduling, can be accommodated with more than 24 hours' notice. For one-time projects, we require a 50% upfront payment and the remaining balance upon project completion. Monthly service packages are pre-paid. We offer a waitlist for preferred time alternatives when appointments are fully booked. Clients can contact us through our client portal, including the help desk, messaging, live chat, or by phone. We understand emergencies may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations. No additional terms or conditions apply.
